In this episode of The Natural High Club I speak with entrepreneur and food futurologist, Dr.Morgaine Gaye, to talk about the zeitgeist, travel, meeting the Dalai Lama and her company Edible Love. It’s a fascinating interview with an unusually colourful human.
I have to say that, for all the right reasons, this is one of the weirdest interviews I have ever done.
Interviewing people is of course and art in itself. You always want the content to resonate with people and be as interesting as possible. And it’s easier to elicit interesting info from some more than others.
While there are regularly occasions when I just hit record and let the subject go for it, others are far harder to make comfortable and the get them firing on all cylinders. But with Morgaine the problem was not trying to get her to talk. It was how to squeeze everything into the show. Because every subject sporned another, even more interesting topic and I feel that I would need at least four such podcasts with Morgaine to truly do her life justice.
But let us be thankful that I got to chat to her at all in the midst of her uber-busy life because this is a fascinating conversation with someone who clearly hasn’t been able to sit still since she was first able to move. It’s almost unfathomable to imagine that she has had time to do all this stuff but sit back and enjoy and let me know your thoughts about this rare human!
