In this episode of The Natural High Club I speak with brick shit house, Mark Davenport, about elite-level fitness tips and hacks, diet and supplements and how to get rid of your lockdown ass in the most effective manner.
This may or may not be true for others but I find that, while I can get on with most people I meet, there are just a handful in my lifetime who I feel utterly at home with. Energised instead of drained after spending time together.
Mark is one of those people in my life. We’re both way too flaky to organise a weekly meet up and to stick to it. But whenever we do get together the conversation flows effortlessly while three hours simply dissolve in the click of a finger. So that’s special.
Moving on to what disgusts me about Mark. He absolutely loves a night out and can cane it with the very best of them. But despite this pacy social life he manages to maintain an impeccable fitness regimen and physique.
Even if he rolls into bed, hammered, at 3am he will find a way to exercise the next day. So I want to deep dive into his lifestyle and see if we can’t find any hacks or even unlock the key to the perfect bod, even if you do burn the candle at both ends.
Mark’s brain is even bigger than both biceps so we not only talk health, diet and fitness but also ruminate on some other of life’s current conundrums.
